Shipping/Return Policy

1. Shipping Method/Shipping Time:
We ship out orders from our USA office located in Houston, Texas using USPS.com Priority Mail taking 2-3 delivery business days to clients/customers.
PayPal will send you a tracking number to your email, so you can track your package by going to USPS.com

We do not ship International at this time.

2. Customer Care:
We work really hard to stay fully stocked with our inventory. If the product is on backorder it could take up to 3-8 days for your product to come from the warehouse before being shipped. If there is an issue with the order you will receive, please "Contact Us!". One of our representatives will be happy to help make things right of receiving your order.

3. Return Policy:

Return/Refund/Exchange is not accepted, all sales on the goods, products are final. We do not process cancellations after the order has been placed.
If item is damaged by buyer, we will not accept any changing or refunding, hope you can understand.

To avoid delivery lost or stolen (we are not responsible), so please make sure that someone is at your home to receive/sign for your package.
